GOALS

2004 Chapter Goals

1.       Communications – Representative meetings, WEB site, email, Roster maintenance

2.       Schedule – produce 12 month schedule

3.       Events – Identify tasks at least 1 month in advance

4.       Ceremony - Trained ceremony teams will conduct all Ordeal and Brotherhood ceremonies.

5.       Membership - Have a three percent (3%) membership growth.

6.       Brotherhood - Improve promotion of Brotherhood.

7.       Service - Chapter completes a service projects for the community

8.       Elections - conduct an election for every unit by a trained election team and have all data entry completed by April 15.

9.       Unit Reps - Promote the OA Representative, through monthly meetings.

10.    Camping - Develop a “Where to Go Camping” section on the chapter web site.

11.    Crossover - Develop a resource for conduction of crossover ceremonies
